HomeCleanse was simply amazing, we are so glad we picked them for our remediation. It was a pretty extensive remediation and nerve wracking to come to the conclusion that it was what we needed to do. However, we are quite confident that we can move back in with a sick child without reservation. Jeff, Jerry, Sergio and Ian were professional (but human) and so responsive. I am so grateful that I chose HomeCleanse to do my home remediation since May 2022. We underwent stages of remediation with HomeCleanse. First, we did both HVAC units and basement: second, Attic, Laundry, Bathrooms, all applicances and guest bedroom: Fourth, gut out 2 bathrooms and walk in closet, Fifth , crawl space, Sixth, Roof Leaks, Seventh, kitchen sink. It is expensive remediation, but compare to other Remediation, they are better pricing. At one point, they had not a good crew and I complained and they made adjustment on the next remediation. They worked with me in term of budget and their crew are better and better each time they came to our house. Their employees were highly skilled, detailed, professional and nice and polite manner. They are truly dedicated to the complex task of mold remediation and very knowledgeable about mold. Pedro has been exceptional in term of giving me proposal and went through all the process and answering questions. They are expensive but worth every penny, they helped save our house and save my health. No short cut. HomeCleanse did a phenomenal job! They saved our house, our health and our sanity. They are the third company we used and the difference between them and the other two are like night and day. They are expensive but mold is not an issue to take shortcuts with. You’ll only end up throwing your money away and not solve any of your issues if you try to go the budget friendly route. Their response time to any questions or concerns I had was very prompt. I chose HomeCleanse because I knew (from my research) that I would be working with the leading experts in the field of IAQ and remediation. They are more expensive because their remediation process is based on CURRENT scientific research. Unlike other companies, they do not cut corners to lower the cost. They are well worth the expense of knowing the job will be done correctly. I want to give the highest praise to the Remediation Team of Cesar, Alfonso and Shawn. They were very professional - respectful of me and my property, kind, empathetic and friendly. They are very hard workers and put in LOTS of hours to make sure the job was done correctly.
