IN THIS EPISODE, THEY DIVE INTO:

1:45: Varga explains her history with mold, including how her dad used to be a carpenter. Her prior knowledge is what started her down the path of healing clients who are experiencing skin issues related to mold exposure. "Nobody’s asking these questions, so I like to provide awareness and education to the industry internationally."

5:15: Varga details how she determines whether or not she should bring up mold as a possible underlying trigger for skin issues and other chronic symptoms. As a friend of Dave Asprey, she also has a wealth of knowledge to pull from in helping clients who are suffering from exposure. "If a client is telling me that everything is checking out but they still feel off, this is one really easy thing to ask about."

8:15: Varga goes through the "toxic bucket" theory and why she thinks it’s a great analogy for explaining why exposure to things like mold can cause problems. As she explains, the toxins entering the body can tip the bucket, triggering a wide range of symptoms. She goes through a few common symptoms she’s seen regarding the skin.

15:00: Varga shares how important it is to find practitioners that include environmental exposure in their medical decisions while attempting to help clients. "Older physicians don’t always want to acknowledge the functional side of things because they don't want to get flack from their colleagues." With all of the things that can impact health, including mold, air quality, water, and EMFs, it’s incredibly important to include these in the wellness conversation.

23:15: Varga explains that it’s not all doom and gloom. There are industries and individuals evolving and bringing this issue to the table so that individuals worldwide can get the help that they need and deserve.

33:45: Varga shares how her views have been received and the increase in individuals looking to learn this new information and ideology regarding toxic buckets and chronic issues.

37:50: Varga explains how many individuals don’t consider that the environment or products that they use can affect their health. She shares her experience helping clients and the methods she uses to try to get them on a healthier path. She also explains how air quality can negatively affect the skin and neurology.

43:50: Varga explains the importance of taking care of your health and focusing on wellness. One aspect of this is removing contaminants like mold and mycotoxins from the skin through exfoliation and cleansing and maintaining healthy air quality while sleeping. "We just want to be our less interfered with self… Be your most purest self."

49:45: Varga details the lack of awareness and conversations regarding skincare for men and how important it is for everyone to take care of their skin. She goes through her experience treating men and the issues they come to her with.

58:00: Varga shares her personal experience of helping her husband, who is an athlete, live a healthier life and avoid toxic exposures, and how it has helped improve his performance.

1:17:00: Varga explains how mold can impact the sense of well-being and how it can start to negatively affect relationships. As she explains, it’s difficult to be happy and feel like yourself when you're unwell.
