All of the work that they did was careful and thorough. The team sent onsite was professional, knowledgeable, and well-qualified for the work. The team was also wonderful about treating our home as though it were their own, careful not to damage anything inadvertently.

All of this is wonderful, but the AAR team went above and beyond. Even after their work was done (and the followup testing showed the areas they treated were completely resolved!), they were very happy to get on the phone and help walk us through a much smaller remediation project that we needed to undertake in the first floor of our home. Not only did they give us advice before hand, not only were they willing to dispatch a team within a week if we needed help, but they were willing to review the work that we did and provide feedback.
