Understanding Your Guardian Dashboard
Your dashboard is where Guardian’s readings become something you can use: current conditions, trends over time, and a heads-up when something shifts.
What Your Dashboard Is For
From one place, you can see current conditions, look back at how they’ve changed, and set Guardian to flag the moments worth noticing. Whether you’re glancing at today or comparing this week to last, the dashboard turns raw measurements into something readable.
You’ll sign in with the credentials from your setup. Once you’re in, your connected Guardian and its latest readings are right there on the home screen.
What You’ll See
The exact layout depends on your Guardian’s configuration, but most dashboards bring together the same handful of panels:
Current readings
Your Guardian’s latest measurements, updating on their own as it monitors.
Historical trends
Graphs that show how conditions move across a day, a week, or longer.
Alerts & status
Notifications when a reading moves out of range, plus your device’s health.
Your Current Readings
These are the measurements Guardian may show. They update automatically as it samples the air around it. We’re confirming the exact set and units against the production dashboard.
Carbon Dioxide (CO₂)
A practical marker of how well a room is ventilated. It tends to climb when a space is closed up and occupied.
TVOCs
Total volatile organic compounds: the gases given off by everyday products, finishes, and materials.
Fine Particulate Matter
Tiny airborne particles, tracked because they stay suspended in the air you breathe.
Temperature
The ambient temperature where Guardian sits, useful context for the other readings.
Relative Humidity
How much moisture is in the air, shown as a percentage.
Air Quality Index
A single combined summary score.
Confirming if shownTrends Over Time
A single reading is a snapshot. The trend view is where the dashboard earns its keep, letting you spot patterns, compare one day to another, and see how a room responds after you change something. It’s usually more useful to watch the shape of the line than to react to any one number.
Read the line, not the dot
Readings rise and fall through the day as you cook, clean, ventilate, and move around. Trends give that movement context.
Alerts
If alerts are turned on, Guardian can let you know when a measurement you care about moves outside your preferred range, so you stay aware even when you’re not looking at the dashboard. Depending on configuration, alerts may be available for readings such as relative humidity, CO₂, particulate matter, TVOCs, and temperature.
Finding and reading an alert
- 1Sign in and open the Alerts section of your dashboard.
- 2Review anything active or recent.
- 3Select an alert to see which measurement changed, the recorded value, and when it happened.
Where it’s supported, you may be able to choose which measurements trigger alerts, adjust the thresholds, turn alerts on or off, and pick how you’re notified. Guardian may deliver alerts through the dashboard, by email, or on mobile. We’re confirming exactly which of these are available.
Device Status
The dashboard also keeps an eye on Guardian itself: whether it’s online, how the sensors are doing, its connection, and its firmware version. It’s the first place to look if a reading seems off.

Answers to confirm
- How do customers log in, and what is the dashboard officially called?
- Which metrics are displayed, and does it show an AQI?
- How often do readings update?
- Can data be exported, and how?
- Which measurements support alerts?

- How are alerts delivered (dashboard, email, push, SMS)?
- Can alerts be disabled, acknowledged, or dismissed? Is there an alert history?
- Can users manage more than one Guardian, with different settings each?
- What settings exist, and are firmware updates started from the dashboard?
